
Louis Rampersad is a certified Power Pilates instructor with 12 years of experience in the fitness industry. After many years of Marathon running, weight training, cycling, coaching distance runners and personal training, Louis is now enthralled by the efficiency and total body workout that Pilates provides. Louis teaches an easy going as well as thorough class using a fun mix of Joseph Pilates classical style Pilates, exercise balls, free weights, exercise bands and Magic circles.
