Q: What modality of yoga do you teach?
A: Lena's teaching is based in the traditions of Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga, or Eight Limb Yoga,
(based on the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali). Her teaching approach is heavily influenced by the brilliant
teachings of B.K.S. Iyengar.
Q: Who will benefit from
these classes?
A: Anyone will benefit from a class at an appropriate level. The
yoga practice is adjusted to everyone's individual needs. Not the
other way around.
Q: What is Pilates?
A: Pilates is a form of exercise, developed by
Joseph Pilates, which
emphasizes the balanced development of the body through
core strength,
flexibility, and awareness in order to support efficient, graceful
movement.
Q: What kind of Pilates classes do you
offer?
A: We are a small studio and only offer mat classes. Mat exercises
are the base of all Pilates exercises and can prove to be very
effective, efficient, as well as challenging at times.

sessions?
A: Yes, we do offer personal sessions for both Pilates and Yoga
